Jarvis Mushka has been playing bass professionally for over ten years. Bass has taken Jarvis through many exciting experiences and styles. After two years of music school at Vancouver Community College he left his classic rock group to work on the ships. First it was Romanian Gypsy Jazz, then contracts with a Jazz trio. Paid to see the world: Alaska, L.A., Mexico and the Mediterranean.

After this he tried Wales for a year playing pubs and weddings; Irish and Django type music.

Back in Ontario, he hooked up with Beverly Mahood, Jamie Warren, Barnard & Brohm John Lee and Susan Aglukark.

When it comes to bass you have to be flexible, expect to be double booked, and be prepared to learn sometimes sixty songs in just over a week.
